Follow up

hey ppl, this post is just a continuation of my last post on the other blog i used to write on
http://www.11th-colony.blogspot.com/ the blog my colleagues set up for my batch of medic students.
many have labelled me with a cynical point of view, i am just trying to say things for the benefit of everybody.
if you read what i wrote and what people commented, if you are of capable mind, you would laugh cuz its really funny actually. its like a story i am going to tell you,

there are 2 friends, labu and labi
labi doesnt shower very often and kinda smells,
so labu says to labi 'labi you smell bad' with the hope that he might take a shower
but labi ends up getting upset, he doesnt care that labu had a point
so he starts to look for something to say back to labu and he finds it.
he notices that labu is wearing a pair of mismatched socks,
so he yells 'your socks dont match!' and completely ignores that he needs a shower
in the end the world is a smellier place

people who commented in such a way on my previous posts have an immaculately small mind and i hope you seek help because many doctors are considered leaders in communities and are EXPECTED to have certain qualities that make them unique and admirable, these are words from a great man, Prof Dato Dr Roslani who founded the medical school in USM and is currently the dean of medic pharm and nursing of UCSI. some of the comments i read were quite saddening, i thought i was the kid in the class.

my point of medic students being too noisy in the hospital does have a basis and an example of a result to such behaviour. my own mother was at a dental clinic several months back, the dentist lady had a suction tube and a scaling metal thingy in my moms mouth and was yapping away merrily with one of the nurses, laughing heartily and not giving a damn about my mom other than getting the job done which most probably could be better if she had focused on her patient. hurmmmm i wonder how her attitude must have been when she was a student to lead to such a messed up doctor.

i sincerely hope there will be a change for the better in my class, there already was notable quietness in classes after my earlier post. haha. objective achieved, although its a shame that so many times thr have been other ppl politely reminding the batch to be quiet over the past 1yr plus to no avail

comments are appreciated.
for anybody who is offended, grow up.

Introduction

Greetings all

My name is Syed Ali Ibrahim from Malaysia, son to my role model father Syed Akbar Ali and my ever caring mother Zeenath Begum. I was born in 1990 and spent my childhood in bangsar baru Kuala Lumpur, schooled at SK Bukit Pantai and Victoria Institution before entering UCSI to complete my A levels, currently at 18, I am a second year medical student at the International Islamic University of Malaysia.

The reason i set up this blog is because i have things to say and i was using up inappropriate space on another blog site, i hope you readers will feel free to comment anything on my posts and i hope you will find them critical and interesting if not just downright shocking.

stay tuned for my postings. thank you
